It was very busy when I was there, but my service was completed earlier than expected. Waiting area is comfortable and there is free water, coffee and tea selections. Service personnel were pleasant and professional and provided good feedback.

The service desk people are courteous and helpful. The only disappointment was no courtesy car wash before they tested my wiper blades on my dirty car. I try to do that to avoid scratches. Overall not bad. 4/5

Great service! The service advisor Will did a great job listening to what i had to say about what concerns I had about my car. He even took time to take a test drive with me to understand exactly what the car was doing. He explained all the processes needed to get the part replaced and how long it was going to take.
