We visit 3 Mazda dealers before contacting the Mazda of orange, we call about a CX-5 touring since they had larger inventory and Gabino got us great deal over the phone, when we got there, we saw the carbon edition and we love it Gabino ones again give us a great deal and we drive out on a 2021 CX-5 carbon edition with red interior David Johnson the general manager was really nice and attentive making sure that we were satisfied and well taken care I highly recommend Mazda of orange Marco D. and Elizabeth V.

Eric was ready for me when I arrived and quickly took care of the check-in for a minor complementary first service on my CX-5. Proper distancing and masks are being used during the covid-19 situation, but it didn't get in the way of good customer service. I was notified by phone, within the estimated time, when the car was ready. It was washed and the inside covered with extra clear plastic that was removed when we got to the car. A good experience - and especially so, during these difficult times.

How many times have you called a car dealership to talk numbers, only to have them give you the "come on down first" nonsense? About a million times. But not Mazda of Orange - spoke to David on the phone and the entire deal was negotiated and done before I even walked in! (And I got a GREAT deal!) Highly recommend David, his manager Lamar, and the entire Mazda of Orange Team. Straight shooters, no up-sell, no BS. A terrific experience!

In 30 years I've never met a service manager that has as much extensive knowledge, professionalism and utmost concern for customer service as Sarah Posell. She outranks everyone by a long shot. This last service, she not only directed me to Erik, one of her employees, she followed up personally with everything as well as giving me sound advice regarding used car purchases and what questions to ask, etc., etc. Erik, who's new to Mazda of Orange was wonderful. Very helpful since the very first time we brought in our new Mazda CX-5. The second time was even a better experience. I had an issue with the Safety features that I had mentioned when we brought in our vehicle for the 5,000 mile maintenance service. Eric reassured me that it was the computer and sensors waking up from the cold. That second time around, Eric had called me a Lyft to go home after dropping off my car after getting off of work to get some sleep until my car was ready.
